Sunday Funday
"Dear Lord baby Jesus, lyin' there in your ghost manger, just lookin' at your Baby Einstein developmental videos, learnin' 'bout shapes and colors. I would like to thank you for bringin' me and my mama together, and also that my kids no longer sound like retarded gang-bangers."

Crack Of 10... Everyday.
I woke up at 8:45am today instead of my usual crack of 10... The result?... I just noticed I wore my shirt inside out, to work.
Sucker or One Upper?
Why is it always the stupid little things that products and merchandise come with that get me SOLD on the deal?
Self thinking while shopping: ‘2 great toasters here! Hmmm both black with chrome knobs and such, I like. I should really buy the better brand... WAIT! This one comes with bagel tongs!’ SOLD!… Times Used: none, the bagels come out just find.
Self thinking while shopping: ‘Hmmm 18 piece pot and pan set or 20 piece pot and pan set… HOLY CRAP! This one comes with 5 kitchen utensils and a colander, for only 12 bucks more!' SOLD!… Outcome: Unpacked box and no utensils and no drive to repack the box and return to store for 6 bucks worth of plastic tools.
Self thinking while car shopping: 'I really need to stay at 20K or lower on this purchase so it fits in my budget... WHAT!?! An AC outlet in the back of this fine $33+K vehicle? Holy crap the endless possibilities I can experience with that option! I can blow dry and straighten my hair while camping!!' SOLD!... Times AC outlet Used: Once to charge a camera.
Apartment shopping: Friend~ “You should get this apartment. It’s a couple hundred dollars cheaper than the other one and it’s closer to your friends”. Me~ “Very true, BUT the other Apartment Complex has a FREE 24hr tanning bed!! I’m really torn between this decision”… !NOT SOLD!... Common sense and will power prevailed on that decision!

Work Motto
"We keep the planes in the sky, the Terrorists at bay and the toilets flushing at DIA!”- Patent Pending
Gotta Love Co-Workers
Me: "Hey, is your YouTube working?"... Co-Worker: "No, but my MeTube is working".
Life Needs a Good Plan
If I get pulled over anytime soon for speeding I have a game plan!... “I’m sorry officer my gas petal got stuck. I haven’t taken my car in yet to sort out this whole Toyota recall thing”

Sunday's
I’m not a religious person, never have been and probably never will be. I was baptized Catholic and attended a Christian Church for a short period while I was in High School. With that said, obviously religion confuses me... I believe in a higher power, I’m just not exactly sure what that higher power is…
Maybe it’s Vodka…
But anyways I always feel a little guilty for spending Sunday’s to cure my hangover of bad decisions and acts of debauchery while others are in Church or doing something spiritual to help improve themselves somehow… I read a small Hick website called Ranchers.net everyday. It’s pretty much Facebook for the Cow Folk… (‘em I cow folk? No, not really. Do I Ranch? No, not currently. Do I ride horses? That I do. Do I have time to waste while at work? Yes, yes I do)… Anyways there’s a guy on there who goes by the ‘handle’ of Shortgrass and every Sunday he takes a scenario of something realistic and compares it to something in the Bible. Now that kind of comparison and explanation I can grasp. So every Sunday I read his little blurbs and it makes me feel like I’ve done my spiritual soul searching for the week and I can then have a drink and move on with life… Sometimes it gives me that warm fuzzy feeling.
But what I’m getting at is that I like that he takes time out of his day to sit down and write something that people can relate too and possibly make them feel better about themselves… So I’ve decided to do something similar in hopes to help improve someone’s day in some way and somehow. So with that said…
“I like to think of Jesus with like giant eagles wings, and singin' lead vocals for Lynyrd Skynyrd, with like an angel band and I'm in the front row and I'm hammered drunk!”

Feels Like an Everyday Occurrence
You can’t fix someone who has no common sense by using sarcasm… They just don’t get it, because they have no common sense to tell that you’re even using sarcasm in the first place...

Where's The Common Sense?
Dear Traveling Public: Advice to you while on an Aircraft. Do not try to open the doors in mid-flight, do not lock yourself in the bathroom and refuse to come out, do not yell “I want to kill all…” at any time! And if your religious I’d save the praying for, before or after your flight not during it… What’s wrong with people these days? Just sit down, shut up and enjoy your flight!
